Everyone deserves to have the most beautiful and positive birth and postnatal experience possible whatever path your birth takes. I believe that everyone should go through pregnancy and birth feeling supported, prepared and excited for birth. What you want is important to me and I want you to feel supported, listened to and heard every step of the way.
My role as a doula is to help prepare you for the birth you want. I will advocate for your wishes and choices without judgement and do my very best to make sure your voice is heard and your birth wishes are supported. I will protect your space for birthing in to enable you to feel safe to birth your baby and support you in those moments post birth. Wherever you choose to birth I will be there to help prepare you and support you offering practical antenatal information, emotional support throughout and physical birth support during labour.
My birth support packages are bespoke to you and your needs and I will work with you any provide individual support you need. All my birth support packages include:
Support during pregnancy
I will listen to you and work through your hopes and fears for birth
Provide practical evidence based information to support your birth choices
Help you to plan for the birth you want and plan for changes if your birth takes a different path
Provide support to your birth partner (if you have one) and your family
Provide antenatal education and understand the physiological birth process.
Work with you to plan ahead for the fourth trimester
Support during labour
Support you from the moment you need me during labour and I will remain with you throughout
Set up your birth environment including birth pool (if you are using one), protect and maintain your birthing space
Provide physical support and comfort to you through aromatherapy, acupressure, massage and rebozo/biomechanics movements
Protect your birthing wishes and advocate for you to ensure your birth plan is protected and supported
Support post birth
Provide a safe space to debrief and talk through your birth
Offer breastfeeding/ feeding support
Prepare an evening meal, lunch or snacks
Help with practical tasks to help make your day run smoothly
Anything that will support you to rest, nuture and heal.

Fee £1,150
This package is ideal for those who would like additional support for pregnancy & birth.
A free initial 30 minute consultation to get to know me, ask questions and discuss what support you would like.
2 X 2 hour antenatal sessions/visits to help prepare for birth, bespoke to you & can include antenatal education, birth planning, questions and more
1 X 45 minute online wellness & relaxation sessions from 37 weeks, these sessions focus on you, how you are feeling and finish with a birth relaxation of your choice.
Access to my private members area full of resources
Use of my TENS machine for birth, birth ball, essential oils, rebozo & other comfort measures.
An on-call period of 10 days before your estimated due date
Support for the duration of your labour and birth wherever you choose to birth including any transfers
Support via phone/text 24/7 during on call period.
1 X postnatal sessions including a birth debrief (3 hours)
Phone/text support for up to 6 weeks after the birth.
Barefaced Birth Gift bag including personalised pregnancy & birth essential oil roller ball for you to use
