About Me

Hello, I am Kerry!

I am an independent trauma informed birth & postnatal doula, hypnobirthing teacher and birth trauma practitioner.

I live in Nottingham (although I am originally from London) with my husband, my wonderful strong minded independent nearly 4 year old and my crazy dog called Ray!

I am a book worm, love to bake & cook (my happy place), crafting ( I will try anything) and I enjoy a lovely glass of red with a cheese board!

I loved preparing for birth, hypnobirthing gave me a sense of purpose, the more I learned the more I wanted to know. Birth changed me forever, I fell in love with birth and everything involved and it showed me what it was to feel empowered.

I just knew that I wanted to help others preparing for birth, to feel supported and informed. I trained as a hypnobirthing instructor with The Birth Uprising and started my journey on the road to working in the birth world.

I have loved every minute of it and have been working with couples across Nottingham for the last two years. I have met and supported some wonderful couples who still keep in contact with with me, I feel so lucky!

I am now offering birth and postnatal doula support across Nottingham and virtually having completed my training with the Original Birth Connect.

My passion is support; helping parents to feel supported, educated and empowered when it comes to pregnancy, birth and the fourth trimester.

I care about what you want and it is important to me that you feel safe, supported, listened to and heard.
