Hi, I am Kerry

I am a hypnobirthing teacher, birth & postnatal doula and a birth trauma practitioner. I am mum to a beautiful daughter and I live and work in Nottingham.

Birth changed me forever, I fell in love with birth and everything involved and it showed me what it was to feel empowered.

My passion is support; helping parents to feel supported, educated and empowered when it comes to pregnancy, birth and the fourth trimester.

It's about birthing on your terms feeling confident, prepared and informed and I am there to support you every step of the way.
