Hypnobirthing Refresher or Hypnobirthing Basics Course

A 3 or 4 hour refresher session session for those of who have already done a hypnobirthing course elsewhere and would like a refresher session to prepare for a subsequent birth.

A 3 or 4 hour hypnobirthing basics session for those who may be short on time and unable to fit a full course but want to prepare for birth or have a shorter budget.
